Do I Have Body Dysmorphic Disorder?

The Body Dysmorphic Disorder Questionnaire, or the BDDQ, is a 

self-administered Questionnaire that screens for the presence of BDD but not meant to diagnose BDD.  For an actual diagnosis, one must be assessed by a licensed mental health professional.  

The BDDQ helps an individual decide if they need help for BDD. 

 

The questionnaire only takes about 1–5 minutes to complete.
